Chaos erupts on Pier 27 as Shane is shot protecting Gillian, who reveals the ISA has held Marlena. Steve and Kayla help stabilize Shane before he’s rushed to the hospital, where his condition worsens and he flatlines. Roman confronts Vaughn, demanding Marlena’s location; meanwhile Marlena knocks out her guard and escapes, only to run into Orpheus, who claims he’ll help her. Kim, already questioning her feelings for Shane, learns he’s been shot and flies to Stockholm, sensing something is terribly wrong. Paul supports Kim as she struggles with regret and fear.
