Steve warns Orpheus he’ll kill him if Kayla is harmed, but Orpheus refuses to let him speak to her and orders him to the pier. Mike and Robin learn rescue is coming; Robin insists their island time wasn’t “real,” devastating Mike. Shane discovers Gillian has been secretly searching for Andrew and they clash over boundaries. Roman, disguised as Steve, meets Orpheus’s contact but is knocked out and dumped overboard. Caroline confronts Victor about Alex’s suspicious election win. Steve swims to the yacht, finds Kayla, cracks Orpheus’s safe, and steals the tattoo copies. Kayla realises Roman was the man Orpheus captured. Gunfire erupts; Orpheus storms in, but Steve knocks him off balance and pushes Kayla into the water to escape. At Shenanigans, Calliope fumes over Doug’s loss while Victor and Alex celebrate. Back at the hospital, Robin returns with Mitch and introduces him as her fiancé, leaving Mike shattered.
