Mike is thrilled Robin is back on the surgical roster and calms her nerves. Emma panics that Kim and Shane are close to Andrew; Alex promises to get Kim out of Salem. Kim prepares to meet Barbara and Teddy, but Shane calls—Andrew’s kidnappers want her in Philadelphia. Victor offers his jet. Liz asks Calliope to run Blondie’s while she films. In Philly, Kim and Shane wait for contact; the kidnappers raise the price to $2 million. Shane suspects a hoax, but Kim insists they continue. Melissa arrives in Atlanta and grows closer to Lars, though she says she must talk to Pete first. Neil confronts Jerry Jones, forcing him to admit Savannah paid him to hire Liz. Robert and Eli discuss Robin and Mike, with Eli finally agreeing not to stand in the way. Alex tells Emma Kim is out of Salem. Robin finishes surgery confidently and ends up dancing with Mike at Blondie’s. Kim dreams of Shane before waking; they wait anxiously for the kidnappers’ next move.
