Jen and Glen start to undress, but Jen panics, admitting she isn’t ready. Later she sees Glen kissing Claudia and runs off hurt. Steve brings Roman Britta’s purse and insists he didn’t kill her. Kayla arrives as Roman questions him. Assistant DA Lesley Landon orders Steve held overnight, twisting Kayla’s earlier testimony to make him look guilty. Kayla defends him, Roman argues with the commissioner, but Steve is booked. Shane gives Kim a letter from Peachy, but she overhears him telling Alex he feels responsible for Emma and will never give up on her, crushing her hope. Marlena is forced to call Roman, warns him to get the bonds, and slips him the name “Orpheus.” Shane explains Orpheus was an ISA agent turned assassin tied to a mission Roman can’t remember. Vaughn and Clark celebrate manipulating her. Kayla visits Steve in jail, wanting to help, but he angrily rejects her, insisting he’ll clear Britta’s murder alone.
