A mysterious man watches their home, and Roman suspects someone followed them. At the clinic, Steve carries a terrified Hope inside as she fears losing her baby. Despite initial optimism, Hope later miscarries, and Kim comforts her while Bo—still in Greece with Victor—delays calling. Shane arrives, relieved Kim is safe but saddened by Hope’s loss. Kayla sees Steve’s gentler side as he supports Hope. Victor proudly watches Bo handle business abroad. Back home, Roman learns Gregory’s murder matches Billings’ killing. Neil and Liz reconnect after the emotional day.
