Roman and Marlena skip their reception to be alone, while Kim prays for Andrew and reflects on what she’s lost with Shane. On the pier, Steve discovers Gregory’s body and clashes with Britta, who keeps trying to seduce him. Roman arrives, furious, and retrieves a ruined letter Gregory had for him. Ballistics later confirm Gregory was killed with the same gun that murdered Billings. Steve suspects someone is eliminating everyone connected to Stockholm. Liz returns from L.A., gets the movie role Savannah arranged, and fights with Neil over her career. Kayla and Chris talk about their past as Steve listens unseen, then later gives in to Britta. Roman and Marlena end the night making love and planning to return to West Virginia to unlock the Stockholm mystery.
