Melissa and Lars arrive in NYC and discover only one hotel room is booked. She’s rattled, especially when their performance is moved up, but Lars encourages her and they dance successfully. Back in the room, they share a charged moment over a candlelit dinner, though Melissa remains uneasy about Pete’s secrets. At the 4th of July picnic, Mike gets dunked by Robin, and they kiss during the fireworks. Savannah hovers around Neil and Noel, pleased Liz is away performing. Glenn panics when his drunk mother appears, snapping at Jennifer. Shane and Kim chase another lead in Cleveland; the baby they’re shown isn’t Andrew. A secretary hints at a doctor who might help, but it will take days. Kim refuses to celebrate until Andrew is found. Hope finally tells Bo she’s pregnant. He reacts coolly, saying they’ll “deal with it,” insisting he must keep Victor believing he’s loyal.
