Savannah overhears Kayla discussing the emergency centre and volunteers, though she’s hopeless at the job except for flirting with male patients. Neil and Liz argue about Savannah’s memory of Todd’s death; Savannah later secretly calls a music producer to get Liz a high‑profile singing gig. When Liz tries to reach Neil, Savannah “forgets” to pass on the message, leaving Liz furious. Savannah then offers to fill in for Liz at the 4th of July picnic. Hope struggles to tell Bo she’s pregnant. At the docks, workers sabotage Bo, trapping him under collapsing crates until Steve saves him. Both are injured and taken to the emergency centre. Bo refuses to identify the culprits; Steve also stays silent. Jennifer worries Glenn is ditching the picnic for a country‑club event, but he follows her home, kisses her, and promises to help with Dunk‑a‑Hunk after all.
