Kayla tells Chris she’s heading back to Cleveland but may still take the waterfront clinic job. Steve shadows her and reports to Victor, who orders him to follow her. At the hospital, Kim and Shane wait to take Andrew home. Emma, disguised as a nurse, slips into the nursery; when Marlena’s fall triggers chaos, Kim and Shane rush out, giving Emma the chance to smuggle Andrew away in her duffel bag. Shane returns to find the baby gone and learns an impostor nurse was there. Kim arrives and panics as he tells her Andrew is missing. Meanwhile, Marlena falls from the hotel ledge while saving Matt. She’s rushed to surgery as Roman, Jennifer, and the Hortons wait anxiously. Neil says she’s alive but her chances are uncertain. Emma boards a plane to Cleveland with Andrew — unaware Kayla is seated just behind her.
