Melissa refuses to drop her suspicion about Lars, then injures her knee at rehearsal. Lars resets it and takes her for X‑rays; Pete lashes out at him until Mickey intervenes. Lars urges Melissa to warm up properly, and Pete begs her to stop obsessing and just dance. Kayla finds Hope overwhelmed at the agency. At the hospital, Tom, Alice, Mickey and Maggie urge Kayla to run the new emergency centre; she’s torn, especially since Victor is funding it. At Allied Cargo, Steve mocks Bo publicly, pushing him to the edge. Hope asks Bo to return to the agency, but he insists on finding her a partner. Kayla seeks their advice, and Bo’s reaction to Victor’s involvement angers her. Steve keeps inserting himself, even playing harmonica outside her window. Anna panics when her Diamond stock crashes; Alex secretly buys it all, then profits when the merger is reinstated. Anna is stunned, while Eugene suspects a rat.
