Bo visits Shane and learns Kim has moved back to her old apartment; Shane says Victor’s pressure made her feel their relationship couldn’t survive. Bo admits he may have contributed, and the two men agree it’s time to take Victor down, using an ISA security scrambler. Kim asks Roman for her apartment keys; he tries to dissuade her, but she insists Victor has destroyed any chance she and Shane have. At the hospital, Marlena and Anna clash over Victor funding a waterfront clinic. Bo sneaks into Victor’s estate pretending to be drunk and plants the scrambler, overhearing Victor arranging a secret meeting at the Continental Hotel. Caroline arrives at Victor’s intending to kill him, but Bo’s arrival forces her to leave with Victor to the hotel instead. Roman surprises Marlena with a romantic dinner and a recovered memory. At the hotel, Caroline finally pulls a gun on Victor—while Bo and Shane listen through the bug.
