Marlena wakes to find John watching her; he urges her to rest, then slips away, determined to protect her. He’s quickly caught by a KGB agent and Victor, who show him his medical records and the pre‑surgery photo. John pretends to cooperate, knocks the gun away and escapes, spilling the briefcase’s contents. Marlena searches for him, finds the records, and discovers the photo—Roman. Realising John is Roman, not Stefano, she races to find him. Meanwhile Kim goes into real labour in the wilderness; Shane carries her to a cabin, turns the breech baby, and delivers their son. John triggers a rockslide to slow the KGB, but Bo confronts him with a knife. John insists he remembers none of Stefano’s crimes. They fight; John throws the knife away. Bo slips near the cliff edge and John pulls him back—then Bo charges again, and John goes over the side just as Marlena arrives below.
