Victor summons Mike and Robin to discuss the mine; learning he owns it convinces them a cover‑up is happening. Victor tells Alex to record their meeting and later fire Dr Collins. Caroline calls, desperate to know what he’ll do about Bo. At the hospital, John breaks into Marlena’s office to access Stefano’s file. She catches him, furious, and demands to know how he got in; he admits he made a spare key. Agitated, he storms to the lounge and hurls a coffee pot, horrified he nearly hit her. Marlena insists this means he’s close to a breakthrough and pushes for hypnosis. Under trance, John sees scattered visions—Victor’s place, Patch’s, a plane, an operating room, the Lafferty Farm, Petrov—but no names. Marlena tells him to hold onto the farm image; he thinks he knows where it is and leaves to find it. Caroline meets Victor, begs him not to tell Bo, but he refuses and leaves her in tears.
