Kim meets with an abortion counselor but can’t articulate why she wants to end the pregnancy until she reveals the baby could be the product of incest. The counselor initially refuses, but later agrees to schedule the procedure. Shaken, Kim crashes her car. In Russia, Ingrid moves Hope toward the airport as Hope plots escape. Shane arrives in Stockholm, meets Britta, and negotiates a trade with the KGB. Patch bursts in, refusing to let them take Britta, and “shoots” Hope as part of the chaos. John discusses amnesia with Marlena, then tries to break into the Kirakis mansion’s alarm system before being hired by Victor for security. Caroline worries about Kim’s distance. Bo learns Britta, Patch and Lars have left their hotel. An operative sent after Britta is killed, and Lars is injured. Danger tightens around Hope, Kim, and the Musketeers all at once.
