In Stockholm, Bo panics after Hope switches places with Britta to escape the KGB. Hope calls from Oslo, unaware Ingrid is following her; Ingrid sabotages her flight, diverting it into the USSR. Mike and Robin operate on Savannah during a blackout, and John suffers flashes of his own mysterious surgery. Marlena snaps at him for arranging an escort—she wants the rapist caught. Lars arrives to take Britta, and Bo learns Hope’s plane reached Stockholm without her. Meanwhile, Hope is kidnapped in the Soviet Union. Steve admits to Britta he still wonders what might have been. Chris sits by Savannah’s bedside, proud of her. Bo’s fear spikes as Hope vanishes into enemy territory.
