Leticia is horrified to hear Sebastián plotting against Alba and Leonel's happiness. In that moment, she painfully realizes that her son's evil knows no bounds. Alba is forced to give birth away from the hospital, but the baby's position complicates everything. Her life and that of the child are in danger, and time is running out. Fearing that Leticia will reveal his evil plan to Alba and Leonel, Sebastián makes the radical decision to act against her, even though she is his own mother. Despite the birth complications, Alba manages to cling to life at the last moment, waking up just in time to meet her beautiful baby.
