Lieselotte sells Christmas trees on the farm. At the end of the sales campaign, not a single tree is left. Should Lieselotte now celebrate Christmas without a tree? Unthinkable! Lieselotte and the chickens set off into the forest to cut down a tree themselves. The idea is good, but the execution is poor. And so it happens that Lieselotte's Christmas tree suddenly becomes independent.
