Thanksgiving without turkey is like Ina cooking without butter – not in this life. Ina makes a classic Thanksgiving dinner, turkey with herb and apple stuffing, cranberry fruit conserve, Roasted Brussels sprouts and just when her guests think they’re too full to eat any more Ina presents a Pumpkin banana mousse tart – well it is Thanksgiving one more slice won’t hurt.
