New Zealand transplant Zoe Quinn-Phillips and her husband Mark Stolow have been married for one year and are ready to invest in their first home. They're currently renting a three-bedroom, two-bathroom lower duplex in Montreal, Quebec. But lack of space is a huge issue for them and their three dogs, and realtor Mike Abitbol has been charged with finding a home that meets their desires.
