The theme is: light. The eight remaining bakers kick off with the signature challenge; they must create a transparent Bavarian cream cake. For the technical challenge, the jury dives into French patisserie with a classic task: îles flottantes. To top it all off, the bakers are challenged in the showstopper to craft a spectacular lantern display in honor of Saint Martin.
