Orlando residents Parag and Puja just got married, and are anxious to get out of their small 2 bedroom place. But for these frugal bargain hunters, buying their first house means finding the ultimate deal. That won't be easy considering they don't want a fixer, since neither of them are handy. And even though they don't want to spend a lot, they still want an updated home with high end finishes like hardwood floors, granite, stainless steel appliances, and a gated community with lots and lots of curb appeal.
