SRI LANKA, HIKKADUWA: Although this curfew has been a culinary blessing due to the master chefs living next doors, it has been strange spending so much time locked up inside my house. I therefore decided to spice up my life and start scouring the village for available bachelorettes. Luckily for me, the first woman I decided to court also makes Sri Lanka's best Halapa, the greatest homemade village dish known to man!
