When Rupert and Pong Ping journey to China, the Emperor's pet dragon becomes jealous of Pong Ping and has him kidnapped by a ferocious fire-breathing relative. Rupert rescues Pong Ping, and seals the friendship between the Emperor and his pet dragon.
