Super Simple Seared Lamb Chops (2x18)

Grilled lamb chops are always delicious but in this episode, Lidia sears them in a heavy skillet, pressing them down so that all the surfaces get crisp. She serves the chops with a simple yet elegant red wine sauce made with dried cherries, garlic, bay leaves and rosemary.
