For aspiring chefs comes the first Skill Test, a three-level challenge that puts their technical skills to the test. The special guest for this test is a famous chef and one of the 100 most influential people in the world: he is Alex Atala, owner of the D.O.M. restaurant in Brazil, the first to be awarded 2 Michelin Stars. Amazonia is his true and only larder. This is precisely why he asks aspiring chefs to create purely exotic and colourful dishes.
