Kirstie and Joe from Cedarwood Holidays want to know why not all of their guests would return to their place, before Craig and Rachel ask why not a single B&Ber would choose to stay at theirs again. Jo from The Olde Malthouse is keen to mop up his cleanliness complaints, while Hannah and Lee from The Britannia Inn have a gripe with Jo in particular. They then learn the identity of the winner
