Kirstie and Phil catch up with two couples who had high expectations and long wish lists. Amy and Takie were desperate to get off the rental merry-go-round and buy their first home in London. Meanwhile, in Wiltshire Vicky and Andy were trying to combine their search for a home and two businesses on a budget of £400,000, which the couple eventually reconsidered once the reality of the market became clear.
