Patients are constantly entering the hospital, where the number of places is limited. To be able to welcome them, others must come out. Everything comes together and each participant is part of the process. To provide time off, doctors must see patients, while nurses provide care and coordinate teams. There is never time to waste and all the staff work daily to maintain the pace in order to keep the machine running.
