Karoline at odds with life (1x10)

Severinsen has to deliver parcels, but the elves have been up to mischief. They have swapped the name tags, so when Karoline receives the mayor's top hat and he receives her new permits, it causes confusion. When the address labels are examined closely, the elves have changed them back. When the mayor thinks he is getting good news about his ship, it turns out to be a bottle ship.
