The unusual shared apartment of Ella and Christina is shaken again when the father of Christina's son Ben suddenly shows up and wants to get to know him. In court, Ella has to clarify a conflict between conservationists and business people who are fighting over a hotel in the idyllic emergency port area. The fact that Christina's mother Katrin, of all people, is involved in the argument doesn't make it any easier for Ella. Ella finds out that there is a personal secret behind Katrin's commitment. Ella would actually need Christina's help and support to understand Katrin's complicated emotions and to draw the right conclusions, but she gives her the cold shoulder. She accuses her of having arranged behind her back that Ben is leaving with his father on a one-week surprise trip to London. Ella feels wrongly accused and the fronts harden. Will their friendship stand the test?
