Ibuki and Shima are on patrol when Ibuki spots a suspicious vehicle. Just then, they receive an alert about an armed murder suspect whose description matches the driver of the vehicle. Suspecting a hostage scenario, they set off in pursuit. But the chase takes an unexpected turn when the supposed hostages turn out not to be what they seem.
