After traveling the world, Nomikos is finally ready to settle down, and this nomadic bachelor is now looking for an Atlanta home that's close to his tight-knit Greek family. Property expert Egypt Sherrod promises to find him a deluxe bachelor pad, but switches gears when she finds out he's planning on living with a few roommates. The house hunt goes so well that Nomikos ends up torn between two great properties. Faced with a tough choice, Egypt warns him not to buy in a location he doesn't love.
