Aled Jones is in Devon helping a couple of ex-property developers from Staffordshire find their dream home. They have an impressive budget of up to £1,000,000, but want a massive minimalist modern mansion with sea views in one of Devon's most rural and expensive areas. Finding a thatched cottage is not a problem in this neck of the woods, but what this pair are seeking is rather more elusive.
