Ana brings Dante Oliveira's notes on the play. Ricardo learns Bárbaro has published a story about the company's money woes. Ricardo gets a massive loan with the advisor of the Minister of Culture and promises to pay it back at the end of the season. Dante has a nightmare about Oliveira's death and wakes up disturbed.
