Mauricio is looking for investors to save Logatoys, he receives a tempting offer to sell the company, but he refuses, saying that his company only needs a little capital, but is not in danger. Mauricio proves to be sentimental saying that it is his family's legacy and for now Logatoys is not for sale. Fabian claims not to have taken advantage of the great offer they just received, he believes it was because he is thinking about Anifer's future and wants to inherit his daughter's factory. Later, Mauricio changes his mind and decides to leave nostalgia behind and sell the company, but is very surprised to discover that there is a clause in the will that prevents him from doing so.
