Mongeville attended the funeral of his friend Judge Delvaux, victim before his eyes of a car bomb attack. Axelle identifies a suspect. Formerly sentenced by Delvaux and Mongeville to 12 years in prison for the murder of his wife, Arnaud Huchet has just been released from prison, determined to take revenge. Is Mongeville threatened? He begins to doubt. What if, after all, Huchet had been innocent? He decides to go and explain himself with him. But it is already too late. Huchet was in turn assassinated. In order to solve this mystery, Axelle and Mongeville take up the case of the murder of Alice Huchet from the beginning, without suspecting that they will put their finger on a terrible machination...
