Afaf she is got engaged (to a rich engineer "Shamil" from Aleppo) against her will, so Saleem he enters into a fit of depression and Abstaining from food and drink out of grief for her. Asaad and Jawdat intervene to help him, they begin to persuade the Al-Mukhtar to Annulment off Afaf's sermon from Shamil, but he refuses. They try to persuade Shamil to leave the village and turn a blind eye to about her, but he refuses and threatens them, so they try to expel him from it by force. What will happen in the end and what is the secret behind "Shamil"?
