Fired up the old Armstrong CNC for the Bridgeport mill! Using a round tool and a little down pressure while running the XY to form sheet metal into shape. I'm making a custom reflector for LED flashlight, but it'd work on custom car body parts and trim too.It's officially called single point incremental forming. I think it's got potential.
