The first of two programmes following Irish workers as they try to do their jobs in some of the world's most demanding locations. Experienced nurse Berna Breen travels to Tegucigalpa in Honduras to work in the Accident & Emergency department of the main public hospital, encountering the traumatic effects of a gang war that marks this city out as one of the most dangerous and volatile places on Earth.
