This time, Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are in Edinburgh. Kirstie is helping Emma and James with a search that can only be described as floppy, as they admit they're not sure what type of house they're looking for, or where. Phil is searching with American couple Tom and Chandra - who fell in love with the city while on honeymoon and have returned with their son to settle. Now ready to expand their family, they want a home in one of the priciest parts of the city. Phil must help the couple come to terms with the limitations of their budget.
