Arthur Patterson is a bachelor who is eager to downsize from his 36-year-old fixer-upper house to a more manageable place that requires less maintenance. Because Patterson has grown rather attached to his current neighborhood, he is hoping to find a house or condominium in the near vicinity. With the assistance of his cousin and realtor Linda Dionisio, Patterson will be selling his house and searching for a smaller home that is more in tune with his busy lifestyle.
