First time buyers, Alice and Ali, are searching Chicago for a duplex. While they agree on a budget of $400,000, they are not on the same page when it comes to proximity to public transportation. Ali wants to be as far from the L Train as possible, while Alice wants to be close to a stop. Plus, Ali is not willing to compromise on certain key items such as having a standing shower, being on a quiet street with a view and garage parking. Who will compromise?
