Jessica is surprised when Ben shows up in court to support her. Jessica is rattled when the judge denies the motion to call Marshall to the stand; however, Marshall shocks everyone and addresses the court. While Marshall is on the stand, James sneaks out of the courtroom. Meanwhile, James is crushed when Barbara rejects his affection towards her. As Rosanna and Craig grow closer, she is tempted to tell him about her hysterectomy but does not. Later, Craig enlists Aaron to help with Lucy. Emily, Alison, Holden and Aaron learn that the charges against Aaron will most likely be dropped, but that Hal will make the final decision on whether or not to prosecute Alison. Simon looks through keepsakes sent from his uncles sheep farm in Australia while Katie organizes her expansive doll collection. Katie grasps how much the farm means to Simon as they share their feelings about the things that mean the most to them. Later, Katie decides to save Simons farm.
