A woman named Professor Zhan makes a super strength potion which turns her into a 50 foot woman. Batman, Robin and Wonder Woman must look up to the incredible femme fatale and find a way to bring this 50-feet woman back to normal size. Prof. Zhan tries to make Batman drink it but she is stopped when her assistant sprays her with the antidote.
