A vivid and uncompromising journey into the soul of a tortured Catholic priest as he struggles with his own sexuality, his vow of celibacy and the confidentiality of the confessional. Father Greg arrives at a Liverpool parish to work with Father Matthew Thomas and wage war against sin and poverty. But Greg's homosexual affair with Graham leaves him racked with guilt.
