Jacques continues the Mexican-themed menu as he demonstrates his Chicken with Chili Sauce and Achiote Rice, a recipe that boasts bright, bold aromas and textures. Finally, Jacques puts leftover bananas to good use for his simply scrumptious Banana Gratin dessert.
