Do-ki assigns Kang-se and Marie under his supervision, informing them that their duties will also cover the Sperm Center. After Min-bo moves in earlier than planned, he and Soon-ae try to keep it quiet, but he accidentally bursts into Si-ra's room. While reviewing patient files, Poong-ju discovers that one of the subjects suffering from azoospermia is none other than Marie's father, Min-bo.
