Quantities I used in this video to make a 1/2 litre batch of an Elderflower Infusion,
1/2 litre of Elderflowers
300ml of Water & 100g Sugar, to make the syrup (add this to the flowers when hot, but only add the alcohol once everything has cooled to room temperature)
200ml of 93% abv Neutral Spirit
Leave to infuse for 6 days, strain and bottle.
