Jonnie Irwin serves up some winning houses for his tennis-playing town-seekers who are keen to test out Shaftesbury as their perfect Dorset town, and have £460,000 to make the move. They quickly discover it’s a top choice, and not just because it’s on a hill. They’d also be buying into a location with a great social scene, high street independents, festival events and stunning green spaces. While Jonnie’s couple want to be close to the action and a good coffee, they’re also after a home with some kind of view, which could risk clouding their search. However, Jonnie has a surprise solution up his sleeve which he hopes might shift their perspective and bring them closer to deciding on town and property perfection.
