David Miller arrives in A&E with a badly swollen leg and is immediately admitted as his doctor suspects he could have deep vein thrombosis, while 67-year-old retired business owner Eileen Reeves needs surgery on a badly fractured wrist. At the clinic, 77-year-old expat Kay has come in as she is worried that recent dizzy spells and sudden falls could be a sign of something serious
